Hi,

I am trying to populate the Business Process Application Mapping Viewpoint

I have created a number of Business Processes for R2R, P2P, O2C. I have also populated the Group Actors with Organisation structure I've created the physical business process for the organisations that perform the relevant sub processes. For R2R this is Finance, for P2P this also has operations and regional branches. I've added the supporting applications to the physical processes.

The Business Process Application Mapping Viewpoint for R2R is showing all the Finance applications correctly for the sub process. However, it has also added the regional swimlanes from the P2P physical business process if the Application Provider is being used by Finance, with the application provider showing as being used by the region for the sub process.
If I go to the business process summary view, it correctly shows Finance as using the physical providers, without the regions from P2P being included. It only seems to do this in the the Business Process Application Mapping Viewpoint.

There is also the same problems in the P2P the Business Process Application Mapping Viewpoint. Here, Finance with all the related application providers from R2R is present in a swim lane, even though Finance is not supporting the P2P physical process with the region application providers

Hi,

We can't replicate this. We've written a quick check, can you unzip this, put it in the user folder and open it in viewer. Add &PMA= and use the id of the process ypou are having a problem with. It will look something like this: [YOUR HOSTNAME]/report?XML=reportXML.xml&XSL=user/process_check.xsl&PMA=store_55_Class381.

You can get the id in protege. In the tool baro to Project > Configure select the Options tab and check the :Add NAME on instance slots option. Then find your process and at the bottom of the instance panel is the ID. Paste that against the PMA value in the the URL.

Can you share a screenshot of that? We're trying to see what the process has mapped to it at the sub levels

Thanks
