I'm curious if anyone is using the Content Governance feature (https://enterprise-architecture.org/uni ... overnance/) and if so, what's been your experience with it? We're considering rolling out to our users that are responsible for portfolio management as a reminder to review assigned items, but I'd like to solicit feedback from other orgs that are using this feature.
So far we've experienced the following:
- Email notifications didn't work initially. Had to get support to resolve.
- Reviewer dashboard has a delegation defect, where it "hangs onto" past re-assignments, so items show in user dashboards when it's not actively assigned to them.
