Decisions on Element Summaries

It would be great to be able to see decisions that impact elements (Technology Product approvals, Application approvals) on the summary views for these items (Application Provider Summary, Technology Product Summary, etc.). We can add the decision 'tab' to the editor for these elements, but seeing those decisions currently requires people to use the editor or the Capture area.
