I'm trying to determine the best way to model integrations (either APIs or other middleware based flows). I've read past posts on Integrations and I am aligned that these are application providers and can then be connected to the technology product usages that make them up because they are behavior.
My confusion comes in should I be using a straight composite application provider with a purpose of 'Integration' OR when I'm creating application dependencies and I create an 'Interface' (which creates an Application Provider Interface) owned by the source is that the right approach? If the Interface class is the right approach, is there an Editor for that? When I click on the Application Editor menu item it cycles me back to the application catalog list rather than show me an editor.
My desired outcome is to be able to understand that the flow between two applications is built on/with iPaaS platform X or some other underlying technology.
Thanks in advance!!
Paul
