Hi,
I recently fresh install Essential on Windows platform. I donwloaded the sample repository and tried to view architecture outoput. The Protege screen showed messages that images are sent to Viewer successfully, but when I opened brower to view, apart from EAS logo, I didn't see the sample report set. I checked the folder "graphs_image" under Webapps\Essential Viewer and found only default graphics. I also checked DOT file, it is set already.
Installation information
Windows 7 64 Bit (and 32 bit on another machine)
Java 1.8
Tomcat 8
Graphviz 2.38
Protege 3.5
Essential 5.05

Can you tell us some more about the repository that you are publishing to Viewer?
It sounds like this is a version 4 repository. If so, this will not contain all of the required content to configure the version 5 Viewer.
There is an upgrade pack that should be applied to any version 4 repository before it can be used with the version 5 software.
