After debugging xsl code, I figured that, you are making call to https://s3.amazonaws.com/essential-upda ... ersion.xml
in the footer xsl. This is taking very long time (atleast 30 seconds). After commenting, I see that views are very fast. This is fyi for others in the community.

We've not seen this problem before and suspect it is a restriction on your network as its load is tiny. The call checks for a new version of Essential and puts an note on the viewer saying there is a new version available.

You are quite right if anyone sees the same issue, just comment it out, or drop us a note and we'll help you resolve it.
