Editors are assigned but not visible

Hello everyone,
we already set up essential on a server by following the Multi-User installation guide. We are also able to add/edit some data trough Protégé but we are currently struggling when we try to populate the "Editor" panel in the web ui. Even tough the linked portal_panel has some assigned reports we can't get the section to work.
Are there maybe some additional permissions in place which we need to assigned / enable? Is there any other hint you might have for me to resolve this issue?
