Data Capture for Application Lifecycle Viewer
Posted: 17 Sep 2024, 14:30
Hello,
I´d like to filter within the Application Lifecycle Viewer by Capability.
Therefore I captured an Application Cabability, assigned an Application Service to it and entered three Applications in "provided By Application".
For each Application I added a Lifecycle Model and entered the Lifecycle_Status_Usages.
The Lifecycles are shown in the viewer, but I can´t filter by Capability.
It seems to me as if I have to capture more data.
Unfortunately, there is no further explanation available for this in the essential university.
https://enterprise-architecture.org/uni ... lifecycle/
When trying to sort this out, I realised that there are two ways of linking applications to a service: 1. directly and 2. as a relationship. What is the difference here?
I´m currently using the open source version with Protege.
Thanks in advance.
Sven
