Essential Viewer Error when using global search: A sequence of more than one item is not allowed

Hello all,
We're using Essential viewer both 6.18.7 and 6.19.10 (online portal still in 6.18.7), and today I'm reported by one colleague with one strange error when do global search.
When the search string as "platform" or "Platform", we got below error, since it's quite long, it is put in the bottom of this post.
I checked this, the line 305 is the 2nd line of this table data code:
When I check our Programme and Project, as from the error message hints, we indeed have several programs or projects including "platform" in the name, and I have build relation from project to program mapping via slot "Projects in this Programme".
Could the single "platform" word be some strange or specific usage in our meta-model? When I have little more specific searching, e.g. "CI Platform", it can give the result correctly; however, "platform", "platform -", 'platform - global" are both same error, while I do model a programme with name as "CI Platform - Global Solution Regn Roll-Out (130386)".
Searching on other word or phrase so far don't get this kind of strange error.
Does there any possible reasons or hints that I can troubleshoot? Thanks a lot.
