NORA Meta Model and Architecture

Hi,
Using Essential Open Source , am trying to implement NORA ( National Overall Reference Model) which is an Enterprise Architecture Framework developed by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in KSA. I begin with the mapping between Nora meta model and Essential meta model.
The concepts to some extent are the same, but the structure is different. I need your help to go further steps.
For example :
NORA Essential
Business Capability Business_Layer > Business_Conceptual > Business_Capability
Business Process Business_Layer > Business_Logical > Business_Process_Type > Business_Process
when we dig deeper looking at the structure defined in both architectures they are different. You can take a look at the attached file for more info and examples.
The main objective of the mapping is to implement NORA in Essential to get the benefit of the different supported views. Is this approach feasible? Can we add the constructs that are not available in Essential? Any similar case study before?
Your valuable contribution is highly appreciated.
Thank you,
