Hello.
Our company is deploying, in part, HPE GreenLake Managed Services (GMS) for hardware along with management of the hardware. It is possible that GMS may be used for more IT services. This has us with a mixed environment of purchased hardware with support and GMS.
Has anyone modelled this with Essential Cloud?
How would you add a technology product such as a server, storage array, network switch, etc. under GreenLake that has no purchase cost since it is within GreenLake?

If I underastand your requirement correctly, you could consider using the EA_Class -> EA_SUpport -> Service_Delivery -> Managed_Service class to capture GMS and map all of the relevant Technology Products (or physical instances of them) to a GMS Managed Service instance using the ms_managed_tech_elements slot? Costs can then be associated with the Managed Service rather than the individual Technology Products

Interesting that I cannot see the Managed_Service class but I can create a Managed Service using once of the Technology Products.
I can only see Service_Delivery_Model and Support_Model but cannot create any instances.
If I then use the Class Editor for the Managed_Service instance created, I can then browse the Class Tree and the Managed_Service class is visible.
I trust this behaviour is by design.
