I'm struggling to understand the usage of the service_quality_value_score. I know that it is used for the matrix around business fit and technology fit on the capability model, however, I'm not sure if low scores are good or bad. On the editor the 'good' values are green and bad are red, but on the application summary the colors are reversed.
If I change the scores so the summary shows 'greens' for good (to match the editor), I imagine that would mess up the matrix.
Is there any guidance on this, and when I create our own service_qualities, should how should I shape that scale?
