CMDB Integration approach?

Hello,
One of our clients is interested in integrating their Jira Service Management CMDB platform with Essential. If anyone has experience with this integration, I would greatly appreciate your insights.
Additionally, since this client uses Terraform as their Infrastructure as Code solution, I’m curious if we could also directly integrate the Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines with Essential. The primary objective is to have in Essential a comprehensive and updated view the client’s infrastructure, which is entirely hosted on cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
